Job Summary

To support a growing claims department, the full-time Nebraska Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage a diverse portfolio of property and casualty claims, including high-volume personal property and specialized manufactured housing claims, while working remotely from Nebraska.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust various property and casualty claims, ensuring thorough resolution
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties to achieve fair and timely resolutions
• Maintain accurate claim records and process payments in compliance with company policies and state regulations

Required qualifications

• Active Adjuster License in good standing or ability to obtain reciprocal licensing
• Proven experience in adjusting commercial property and casualty claims
• Direct experience with manufactured housing claims and associated policy endorsements
• Experience managing high-volume personal property claims
• Proficiency in modern claims management systems and digital documentation tools
