Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner to process dental claims and provide customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve claims rejected by the auto-adjudication process
• Understand procedure codes and ensure appropriate processing of claims for dental, vision, and hearing products
• Resolve inquiries and problems, and manually process claim re-submissions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of related experience required
• Experience in a dental-related field or claim processing environment is helpful
• Proficient in personal computer use and keyboarding skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and changes in laws
