Job Summary
As a vital member of the team, the remote full-time Nebraska Licensed Clinical Assessor will conduct confidential substance use and mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy and case management services to outpatient clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct confidential assessments to determine clients' needs and appropriate level of care
- Collaborate with clients and treatment teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with policies and regulations
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Mental Health, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Active mental health licensure in Nebraska; willingness to apply for substance use licensure if not active
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in treating mental health disorders
- Experience with trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapies
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations, including adolescents
