Job Summary
To support a collaborative pharmacy team, the full-time Nebraska Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will manage clinical issues, develop and maintain utilization management programs, and ensure URAC accreditation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain clinical criteria for utilization management programs, including workflow and communication processes
- Oversee operational workflows and conduct clinical reviews of utilization management processes
- Ensure URAC accreditation is maintained and support Medicare Advantage processes and clinical presentations
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited US College of Pharmacy
- Active, current, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in Nebraska within 6 months of hire
- Experience with PBM operations, Medicare Advantage, or clinical program development
- Managed Care Pharmacy Residency or 3-4 years of experience in the Managed Care Pharmacy industry
