Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Research Associate II - Oncology (Remote - Nebraska).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, providing information on clinical trials and strengthening partnerships
• Conduct site evaluations, training, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations
• Mentor and train less experienced CRAs while participating in global/local initiatives and managing investigator payments

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring
• Familiarity with risk-based monitoring approaches
• Preferred tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline (Medical, Scientific, Nursing)
• Knowledge of oncology therapeutic area indications is preferred
• Experience as a study coordinator is advantageous
