Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with three years of experience in a customer service setting
• Experience in health insurance or a related field is preferred
• Availability for 14 to 16 weeks of remote training
• Must reside within the state of Nebraska or immediate Omaha metro area
• Basic medical/dental terminology knowledge is a plus
