Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant Service Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates results, enters medication requests, and documents in Electronic Health Records
• Answers and processes a high volume of incoming calls, scheduling and canceling patient appointments
• Facilitates patient issue-resolution and communicates exam preparation instructions to patients and healthcare providers

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by ABHES or CAAHEP
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment as a Medical Assistant
