Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) to provide outpatient services through a telehealth program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's level degree in a relevant field
• Independently licensed therapist in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
