Job Summary

Providing evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders, the full-time or part-time Nebraska Licensed PMHNP will conduct telehealth evaluations, prescribe medications, and collaborate with a care team in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Deliver care for both substance use and mental health conditions
• Complete documentation in the EHR and collaborate with the care team

Required Qualifications

• Active and verifiable PMHNP license in Nebraska, with Medicaid enrollment preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health treatment, or relevant previous experience for those with less than 2 years
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
• Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
