Nebraska Licensed Provider Relations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Health Plan Provider Relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees provider relations functions and daily operations, including education and inquiry resolution
• Develops provider relations strategies to establish a sufficient network of participating providers
• Collaborates with network management and operational teams to implement best practices and standards

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of provider services experience, including Medicaid and Medicare products
• At least 3 years of management/leadership experience
• Strong understanding of the health care delivery system and managed health care provider compensation methodologies
• Previous experience with community agencies and providers
• Ability to work in a cross-functional highly matrixed organization
