Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Nebraska Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient psychiatric care, managing lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for outpatient clients
• Control scheduling and session structure while adhering to established clinical standards
• Utilize an integrated care model, collaborating with in-house psychiatrists and therapists for patient referrals

Required qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in Nebraska
• Minimum of 4 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including psychoeducation and supportive therapy
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records for accurate documentation
