Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, manage reporting calendar, and coordinate with stakeholders and auditors
• Research complex accounting issues and provide technical guidance in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Support audits and internal controls compliance while seeking process improvements in financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant accounting experience, including two years in public accounting or corporate financial reporting
• Active CPA certification
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial disclosure requirements
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
