Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Investigator to work remotely in Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to determine provider behavior and potential fraud schemes
• Conduct confidential investigations and document findings in compliance with laws and regulations
• Collaborate with external sources and conduct provider audits to gather necessary information

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) or Special Investigations Unit (SIU)
• 2+ years of experience in an investigative role within healthcare claims or managed care
• 1+ years of knowledge or experience with behavioral health codes and service delivery
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Must reside in Nebraska
