Job Summary

A company is looking for an I/S Principal Solution Delivery Manager to lead complex technology initiatives and Agile Release Trains.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and governance of multi-million-dollar initiatives while managing risks and quality metrics
• Serve as Release Train Engineer or Program Manager for 5+ teams, driving strategic alignment and execution of technology solutions
• Coach teams and senior leadership on Agile and SAFe best practices, optimizing value flow through training and reference materials

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex programs with significant annual budgets and managing multiple Agile teams
• Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights for program performance optimization
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptability
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent internal experience; PMP and Agile certifications required within 18 months of hire
• Understanding of insurance industry operations and diverse technologies to align tech solutions with business goals
