Job Summary

To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the remote Nebraska Licensed Telehealth Therapist will join a mission-driven team, offering flexible scheduling and focusing on client care while administrative tasks are managed by the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services via telehealth to autistic and neurodivergent clients
• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring high-quality, client-centered care
• Participate in peer consultations and training to enhance professional growth

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
