Job Summary
To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the remote Nebraska Licensed Telehealth Therapist will join a mission-driven team, offering flexible scheduling and focusing on client care while administrative tasks are managed by the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services via telehealth to autistic and neurodivergent clients
- Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring high-quality, client-centered care
- Participate in peer consultations and training to enhance professional growth
Required qualifications:
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Telehealth experience preferred but not required
