Needs Assessment Coordinator

Job Summary

To support client-focused care, the remote Needs Assessment Coordinator will conduct screenings on potential client calls, complete necessary documentation and reports, and manage on-call admissions and referral needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct screenings on potential client calls and complete all associated documentation
• Prepare and submit required reports related to Needs Assessment and Referral Development
• Manage on-call admissions and handle referral and transportation needs during off hours

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field preferred
• Experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting
• Working knowledge of emotional, mental health, and drug & alcohol issues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical conduct
• Participation in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills
