Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Negotiations Support Specialist will provide essential support to customers and consultants by acting as a liaison between the Savings Advocate Team and the Operations/Support Team, handling inquiries and resolving issues related to the Bill Negotiation service.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the Savings Advocate Team and Operations/Support Team to address customer concerns
- Manage inbound and outbound communications through emails, chats, and calls to ensure quality service
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and identify trends affecting service delivery
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of Customer Service experience in a Call Center or Customer Support role
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
- Bilingual skills are a plus
