Negotiations Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creditor Escalations Negotiations Team Lead to support the Negotiations leadership team and guide negotiators in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary resource for negotiators on creditor-related issues and provide mentorship
• Liaise between management and team members to communicate updates and assess performance
• Conduct goal-setting meetings and motivate the team through regular meetings and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 years of customer service or relationship-based support experience, or 2 years of internal Negotiations experience with leadership exposure
• Experience in a financial or banking organization is preferred
• No Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) or Corrective Action Plans (COEs) in the last 6 months for internal candidates
• Proven track record of assisting others and meeting goals
