Negotiator
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Negotiator will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to sell prompt-pay negotiation services to medical providers and insurance carriers while accurately processing bill information in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle high-volume calls to present and secure discounts for the prompt-pay program
- Accurately enter and update bill and provider data while maintaining speed and accuracy
- Review and verify bills from insurance carriers to determine negotiation steps
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business, healthcare, or insurance is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, call center, or high-volume production environments preferred
- Experience with data entry or medical billing is advantageous
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to sell services confidently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
