Negotiator Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Negotiator Analyst will negotiate out-of-network medical claims valued at $10,000 and above while developing skills in benchmarking and documentation processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Learn to navigate systems and create networking for negotiation processes
• Conduct checklist workups and manage communications to facilitate negotiations
• Organize daily cases and develop provider contacts to understand production metrics

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a medical claim background with strong understanding of benchmarking costs
• Previous experience handling medical provider/business office phone calls
• Strengths in mathematical, written, and verbal skills
• Associates/High School graduate, or equivalent professional work experience
