Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Medical Lead, Nephrology.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the regional strategic business plan to improve patient care and outcomes
• Establish and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders to identify insights and opportunities for collaboration
• Serve as the primary medical contact for regional decision makers to implement initiatives aligned with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Biological Sciences (Pharm.D., M.D., D.O., or Ph.D.) preferred
• 7-10 years of strategic leadership experience in healthcare environments
• Ability to influence and mobilize colleagues around shared goals
• Understanding of health systems and patient care delivery
• Demonstrated analytical skills to address complex medical and business issues
