NERC Certified Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Training Specialist - NERC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and delivers training programs for the operation of the electrical power grid
• Monitors changes in NERC training standards and updates curriculum accordingly
• Provides one-on-one student support and analyzes training needs for program improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Science degree and four years of experience in power grid operations, or equivalent education and experience totaling eight years
• NERC System Operator Certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching, training, or presenting
• Proficiency in Systematic Approach to Training and evidence-based adult learning techniques
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software
