NERC CIP Compliance Lead

Job Summary

Leading NERC CIP compliance initiatives, the full-time remote NERC CIP Compliance Lead will enhance regulatory readiness, operational resilience, and cybersecurity controls across critical infrastructure environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive NERC CIP compliance programs and manage audit readiness and regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with OT Security and Operations teams to strengthen cybersecurity controls and improve operational resilience
• Develop scalable governance processes and maintain compliance documentation for internal and external audits

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, NERC CIP compliance, or compliance management within regulated environments
• Deep understanding of NERC CIP standards and audit readiness practices
• Experience with industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments
• Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• Certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CISA, or NERC CIP-related certifications are strongly preferred
