NERC Compliance Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NERC O&P Auditor to conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with NERC standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal audits of registered entities for compliance with NERC and regional O&P standards
• Review potential violations and oversee the development of mitigation plans
• Conduct gap analyses and documentation reviews to identify compliance deficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical emphasis preferred) or equivalent technical background
• Proven audit experience within the NERC Reliability Assurance Initiative framework
• Comprehensive understanding of NERC O&P standards and regional reliability criteria
• Experience managing NERC registrations and engaging with Regional Reliability Organizations (RROs)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
