Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time .Net Azure Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs for the insurance industry, focusing on Commercial Lines systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core, ensuring high performance and security
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD and environment deployments while implementing cloud-native development patterns
• Translate insurance business requirements into technical solutions, particularly related to policy underwriting and integrations

Required qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in backend development with .NET Core and API design
• Strong understanding of Azure services, including App Services and Azure Functions
• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably with Commercial Lines systems
• Familiarity with API versioning, security best practices, and performance optimization
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
