.NET Integration Engineer
Job Summary
To support a client's FHIR Hub project, the contracted-to-full-time .NET Integration Engineer will build end-to-end data ingestion pipelines, including authentication, data transformation, and secure delivery, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build .NET services to consume authenticated REST/FHIR interfaces, managing paging, throttling, and retries
- Design and implement data transformation processes for JSON to fixed-width or delimited files and XML
- Integrate antivirus scanning into the delivery path and ensure secure file transfer with atomic delivery
Required qualifications
- Strong experience with C# / .NET for production services and scheduled jobs
- Proficiency in REST/JSON integration and OAuth 2.0 or token-based authentication
- Demonstrable experience in producing fixed-width or delimited flat files and XML validated against an XSD
- Knowledge of SQL and relational data modeling, including staging and transactions
- Experience with batch/job orchestration tools, ensuring restartability and idempotency
