Net Revenue Manager

Job Summary

Developing and maintaining systems for third-party reimbursement, the full-time salaried Manager of Net Revenue will collaborate with various departments, prepare Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, and oversee staff training and development in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain systems related to third-party reimbursement calculations
• Collaborate with departments and ministries on net revenue management activities
• Prepare annual Medicare and Medicaid hospital cost reports and support audits

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Experience in Medicare cost reporting in a hospital setting is preferred
