.Net Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a .Net Senior Software Engineer responsible for leading technical efforts in the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support critical business systems using Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, and SQL
• Lead project plans, oversee system implementations, and provide technical support for production systems
• Mentor and train less experienced associates while ensuring adherence to department standards and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Preferred education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and MVC is preferred
• Hands-on experience with the latest .NET Framework technology
• Understanding of OOP principles and experience with agile methodologies is beneficial
