.NET Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a .NET Senior Software Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the modernization of a legacy Oracle-based system by moving business logic and processing from PL/SQL to modern application components
- Design architectures that utilize the database for storage while executing complex processing outside of it
- Establish migration strategies for safe incremental cutover and provide technical leadership as the product integrates new data feeds and services
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience, particularly in the health industry
- Significant experience in modernizing legacy, data-intensive systems
- Proficiency in C#/.NET or similar modern languages, with a focus on modularity and testability
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience designing systems for large volume, multi-tenant data processing
