.NET Team Lead

Job Summary

As a hands-on leader, the remote .NET Team Lead will manage the design, development, integration, testing, and debugging of applications while ensuring delivery excellence and quality over a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development team in the full application lifecycle, from design to deployment
• Coordinate schedules and facilitate effective communication between team members and the end-customer
• Provide feedback for process improvements and create knowledge transfer materials to empower end-customers

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in .NET Core 6+ and Object-Oriented Programming
• Experience with Entity Framework and Task Parallel Library
• Strong background in unit testing methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams
• Previous experience in IT services or consulting environments
