.NET Team Lead

Job Summary

As a hands-on leader, the remote .NET Team Lead will manage the development team in designing, developing, integrating, testing, and debugging applications, ensuring delivery excellence and quality over a 6-month contract duration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development team in the full software development lifecycle, focusing on application design and quality assurance
• Coordinate schedules and facilitate effective communication between team members and the End-Customer
• Provide feedback for process improvements and create knowledge transfer materials to empower End-Customers

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in .NET Core 6+ and Object-Oriented Programming
• Experience with Entity Framework and Task Parallel Library
• Strong background in unit testing practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Experience in IT services and consulting is preferred
