Job Summary

As a hands-on leader, the remote .NET Team Lead will oversee the design, development, integration, testing, and debugging of applications while ensuring delivery excellence and quality for a healthcare firm over a 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development team in application design and implementation, focusing on quality and excellence
• Coordinate schedules and facilitate effective communication between development and delivery team members
• Provide feedback for process improvements and create knowledge transfer materials to empower end-customers

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming and .NET Core
• Proficiency in Entity Framework and Task Parallel Library
• Experience with unit testing methodologies
• Strong background in leading development teams
• Ability to work closely with end-customer teams to achieve technical excellence
