.NET Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a .NET Tech Lead for a 100% remote, direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional, agile development team and serve as a technical SME
• Provide guidance and mentoring, including code reviews and career development planning
• Design system features and contribute to cross-team platform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience as a software developer, primarily using C#
• Enterprise-level system architecture experience with RESTful APIs and cloud services, preferably Azure
• Experience with monolithic and microservice architectures and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience designing reliable data storage solutions utilizing cloud technologies
