.NET Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a .NET Tech Lead for a 100% remote, direct hire position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional, agile development team and serve as a technical subject matter expert
• Provide guidance and mentoring, including code reviews and career development planning
• Design system features and contribute to cross-team platform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience as a software developer, primarily using C#
• Enterprise-level system architecture experience, including RESTful APIs and cloud services (preferably Azure)
• Experience with both monolithic and microservice architectures
• Experience creating CI/CD pipelines supporting Infrastructure as Code (IAC)
