Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetApp Accredited Hardware Support Engineer (NAHSE).

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve NetApp storage hardware issues across enterprise environments
Support hardware troubleshooting, maintenance, replacement coordination, and break/fix activities
Analyze logs, alerts, and system diagnostics to identify root causes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise storage hardware support experience
Strong understanding of NetApp storage hardware platforms and components
Experience troubleshooting controllers, disk shelves, cabling, and connectivity issues
Familiarity with ONTAP environments and storage infrastructure concepts
Active NAHSE (NetApp Accredited Hardware Support Engineer) certification required
