Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetApp Certified Support Engineer ONTAP Specialist (NCSE-OS).

Key Responsibilities

Provide advanced administration and operational support for NetApp ONTAP environments
Troubleshoot complex storage, performance, replication, and connectivity issues
Support upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management activities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on NetApp storage engineering/support experience
Strong experience supporting NetApp ONTAP environments in enterprise settings
Expertise with storage protocols including NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel
Experience with clustered ONTAP administration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of VMware, Linux, and Windows server environments
