NetOps Product Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetOps Product Specialist-Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure network monitoring tools and monitor system health
• Provision monitoring for network devices and integrate tools with Remedy
• Provide client support, troubleshoot system monitoring tools, and manage vulnerability patches

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in installation and configuration of Broadcom (CA) DX NetOps solutions: Spectrum, PM, NFA
• Experience supporting network monitoring tools for routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Familiarity with networking protocols such as SNMP and MPLS
• BA/BS in Computer Science, IT Networking, Security, or a related technical degree
• 10+ years of experience in supporting Network Fault Management and Performance Management tools in large enterprises
