Netsmart Bells AI Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Netsmart Bells AI Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert to support Human Services and behavioral health organizations in the implementation, optimization, and adoption of Netsmart's Bells AI solution, enhancing clinical documentation and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Netsmart Bells AI and its integration into client clinical and operational workflows
- Train clinicians, administrative staff, and other stakeholders on Bells AI functionality and best practices
- Partner with client leadership to develop strategies that encourage user adoption and maximize utilization of Bells AI
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Netsmart Bells AI
- Experience with Netsmart myEvolv and/or myAvatar
- Experience working within behavioral health, Human Services, or related healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and associated workflows
- Strong client-facing consulting and relationship-management skills
