Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time or part-time Netsmart Custom Report Writer will design, develop, optimize, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators within Netsmart environments, particularly myAvatar and myEvolv, while working directly with various stakeholders to translate their reporting needs into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, optimize, and maintain reports within Netsmart environments, including myAvatar and myEvolv
- Design and develop dashboards and Key Performance Indicators for executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders
- Meet with clients to understand their reporting needs and translate those into technical reporting solutions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing reports within Netsmart environments
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Netsmart myAvatar and/or myEvolv reporting
- Advanced SQL and relational database experience
- Experience developing custom reports, reporting datasets, and complex queries
- Understanding of EHR data and healthcare or Human Services operational workflows
