Netsmart RCM Consultant

Job Summary

To support healthcare organizations, the full-time or part-time Netsmart RCM Consultant will assess and optimize EHR systems, integrate revenue cycle management processes, and provide training and support to staff, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and implement EHR systems and workflows, ensuring integration with revenue cycle management processes
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on Netsmart EHR and RCM system usage
• Analyze revenue cycle efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations, providing recommendations for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience with Netsmart EHR systems and revenue cycle management
• Strong experience with healthcare billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and insurance reimbursement procedures
• Preferred certifications include Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP)
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and data analytics tools
