Netsmart RCM Consultant
Job Summary
To support healthcare organizations, the full-time or part-time Netsmart RCM Consultant will implement and optimize EHR systems, integrate revenue cycle management processes, and provide training and support, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and optimize EHR systems and revenue cycle processes, ensuring smooth integration and performance
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on Netsmart EHR and RCM system usage
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and recommend strategies for improving revenue cycle efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience with Netsmart EHR systems and revenue cycle management
- Strong experience with healthcare billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and insurance reimbursement procedures
- Preferred certifications include CPHIMS or CRCP; CHFP is a plus
