Netsmart RCM Consultant
Job Summary
To enhance healthcare organizations' revenue cycle processes, the full-time or part-time Netsmart RCM Consultant will implement and optimize EHR systems, provide training and support, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working onsite in Sewickley, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Lead or support the implementation and optimization of Netsmart EHR systems and workflows, ensuring integration with revenue cycle management processes
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff on EHR and RCM system usage, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance
- Analyze revenue cycle efficiency and compliance with regulations, recommending process improvements and monitoring key performance indicators
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience with Netsmart EHR systems and revenue cycle management or healthcare consulting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and insurance reimbursement procedures
- Preferred certifications include Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP)
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and data analytics tools
