NetSuite Architect

Job Summary

Owning the technical design and health of the NetSuite ERP environment, the full-time NetSuite Architect will manage customizations, integrations, and financial processes while collaborating with Finance and IT teams, either in-office in Orem, UT, or remotely from the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture of NetSuite, including customizations, workflows, and integrations with other systems
• Partner with Accounting and Finance to translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Establish governance standards for customizations and manage the consolidation of newly acquired companies onto a shared instance

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, with at least 3 years in a technical architect or senior consultant role
• Strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations with external systems
• Solid understanding of core financial processes and related controls
• Experience supporting NetSuite through mergers, acquisitions, or multi-subsidiary consolidations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field; NetSuite certifications a plus
