Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetSuite Director - Support & Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with sales teams to support the sales cycle for Support & Optimization deals
Oversee onboarding of new clients and maintain strong ongoing relationships
Manage the support ticketing lifecycle and ensure effective resolution of tickets

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field required
8+ years of experience managing NetSuite implementations, support, or optimization projects
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
Strong hands-on understanding of NetSuite configuration and integrations
Demonstrated ability to explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools responsibly
