NetSuite Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of up to 10 consultants and analysts, the remote NetSuite Engagement Manager will lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for clients, serving as a project manager and architect while ensuring successful engagement and organizational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects, including planning, design, build, verification, deployment, and support
• Advise clients on best practices, functional system configuration, and process mapping while managing scope and requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver custom solutions and support ongoing client needs post go-live

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting experience, with at least 8 full life cycle implementations
• NetSuite Certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator) preferred
• Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants across multiple engagements
• Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, and consulting services
