Job Summary

NetSuite Functional Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for acting as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, designing and optimizing NetSuite solutions while leveraging AI and automation tools for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize NetSuite solutions to support operational excellence and business growth
• Translate complex business requirements into ERP functional specifications
• Proactively leverage AI and automation tools to enhance analysis and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional experience, including configuration and workflows
• Strong understanding of core business processes: Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report
• Experience in gathering requirements and producing clear functional documentation
• Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables independently
• Active use of AI tools for productivity, analysis, or automation
