NetSuite Supply Chain Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the NetSuite Supply Chain Analyst will execute demand and supply planning tasks, manage purchase orders, and maintain item records within NetSuite while supporting the Supply Planning Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust reorder points and safety stock levels in Adaptive
- Create and manage purchase orders, including vendor coordination and tracking
- Pull and interpret reports related to inventory and supply chain, flagging discrepancies for resolution
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience navigating NetSuite
- Specific experience with NetSuite's supply chain and/or planning modules
- Ability to work independently after training on specific processes
- Reliable availability with at least 3-4 hours overlapping with U.S. business hours
- Background in supply chain, procurement, or inventory planning is preferred
