NetSuite Support Consultant
Job Summary
Delivering high-quality NetSuite support and optimization services, the full-time remote NetSuite Support Consultant will manage support tickets, implement configuration improvements, and ensure excellent client experiences across financial and operational modules.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve support tickets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely communication with clients
- Support the optimization lifecycle, including scoping, configuration, testing, and implementation of NetSuite enhancements
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and contribute to continuous service delivery improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant Certification preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with NetSuite, including support, configuration, or implementation
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes (GL, AR, AP, financial reporting)
- Must be based in the Philippines; this is a fully remote role
