NetSuite Support Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Lead/Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global support team to manage incident resolution and ensure system operational health
• Define and enforce standardized support procedures and monitoring solutions for NetSuite environments
• Oversee SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit support related to NetSuite processes

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
• 10+ years of experience with ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Finance & Accounting systems
• 6+ years of experience in developing workflows with ERP customization platforms
• Deep functional knowledge of ERP core processes including Manufacturing and Accounting
• Understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems
