Job Summary
A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Lead/Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global support team to manage incident resolution and ensure system operational health
- Define and enforce standardized support procedures and monitoring solutions for NetSuite environments
- Oversee SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit support related to NetSuite processes
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- 10+ years of experience with ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Finance & Accounting systems
- 6+ years of experience in developing workflows with ERP customization platforms
- Deep functional knowledge of ERP core processes including Manufacturing and Accounting
- Understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems
