Job Summary

A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Lead/Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global support team for incident management and resolution of critical NetSuite production issues
  • Define and enforce standardized support procedures and communication protocols for NetSuite environments
  • Oversee system monitoring and proactive maintenance to ensure operational health and stability
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
  • 10+ years' experience with ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Finance & Accounting systems
  • 6+ years of experience in developing workflows with ERP customization platforms
  • Deep functional knowledge of ERP core processes, including Manufacturing and Accounting
  • Understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems
