Job Summary
A company is looking for a NetSuite Support Lead/Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global support team for incident management and resolution of critical NetSuite production issues
- Define and enforce standardized support procedures and communication protocols for NetSuite environments
- Oversee system monitoring and proactive maintenance to ensure operational health and stability
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- 10+ years' experience with ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Finance & Accounting systems
- 6+ years of experience in developing workflows with ERP customization platforms
- Deep functional knowledge of ERP core processes, including Manufacturing and Accounting
- Understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems
